This information, displayed under your business details on Google Maps and Search, includes popular times, real-time visit activity, average visit duration, and wait time estimates. The goal of this library is to provide an option to use Google Maps popular times data, until it is available via Google's API. For legal concerns please read Issue #90.
First introduced in 2015, Google Popular Times appears on Google Search and Maps listings for restaurants, stores, and other points of interest. It displays a bar chart showing the relative popularity of a location for each hour of the day based on historical visit data. With Google Maps open, search for the location you'd like to evaluate or browse for it on the map. An info card for the site will appear at the bottom of the screen.
